Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. During pre-order campaigns or high-demand releases, dispatch may take a little longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.

UK shipping

We ship across the United Kingdom via Royal Mail or a tracked courier. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International shipping

We also ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received an update within the expected delivery window, please contact us at hello@napoleonrecords.me.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time and tracking shows no movement, contact us at hello@napoleonrecords.me and we'll look into it with the carrier on your behalf.
