Napoleon Records app — privacy

This app is a private tool for people working with Napoleon Records — the label, the crew and the touring party. It is not for the public and there is nothing in it to buy.

What it holds

Your name and email address, because that is how you sign in.

If you are on the touring party: your mobile number, your emergency contact's name and number, and any allergies or dietary requirements you have given us. This is the most sensitive information in the app. It exists for one reason — so that if something happens on the road, the people around you know who to ring and what not to feed you.

Anything you upload yourself: receipts, photographs, documents.

Depending on your role, you may also see budgets, settlements and audience figures. Those are the label's records rather than yours.

Who can see it

Your role decides what you see, and it is decided on our server every time you sign in — never by the app on your phone. Most people see only the touring information. Your allergies and emergency contact are visible to Ryan and to management, because that is the point of them. They are never shown to anyone outside Napoleon Records.

Where it lives

Sign-in is handled by Supabase. The information itself lives in Napoleon Records' own Notion workspace. Both hold data on servers in the EU and the United States.

Some of it is also copied onto your phone so day sheets and booking confirmations work with no signal. That copy is encrypted by iOS, and it is deleted the moment you log out.

What we never do

No advertising. No tracking. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with anyone outside the label except the services above that are needed to run it.

Getting rid of it

Settings → Delete my account removes your sign-in and your roster row, including your phone number, emergency contact and dietary notes, and wipes the copy on this phone. It happens immediately and cannot be undone.

Records belonging to the label — a settlement, a budget line, a show you worked — stay. If you want something specific removed, ask Ryan.

If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. The delete option above does most of that on its own.
